I came across this wonderful site today devoted to the original 1290 a.m. -- WIRL. It has tons of information and actual Real Player audio clips of WIRL on-air jocks. Bet you didn't know that Lee Ranson -- now a WEEK-TV weather reader -- was once an on-air reporter for WIRL. Listen to the late, great Robyn Weaver. Find out what happened to "H.T." Howard Taylor.

macs are overratedHere is something to give you Mac/Steve Jobs worshippers a chuckle.
Also, here is a great link that posts a few pins in the Mac addict's bubble. P.S. My PowerPC (a form of Apple) crashed three times on deadline Monday.
